Vacuum Planetary Mixer Introduction :
Vacuum Planetary Mixer is an ideal option to produce high-grade skin care products, pharmacy ointment, and many other kinds of creams which need to be very soft and smooth.
It has the functions of heating, mixing, scraping, rotating at different speeds and vacuum supply. It has a very wide application from cosmetics (skin cream, hair gel, lotion ect) and food (jam, chocolate, sauces ect) to pharmacy (ointment, syrup, paste) and chemicals(painting, adhesives, detergents)

(1) baby cream, cream shampoo, toothpaste, sunscreen cream, face cleanser, moisture cream, detergent, shampoo etc

(3) sauce, cheese, oral syrup, nutrient solution, infant food, chocolate, saccharine etc
Chemical industry:
(4) latex, saponification, paint, resin, adhesives, lubricating agent etc

· Capacity:5L-2000L
· Material: material contact part SS316L, material non-contact part SS304.
· Customized service: to provide and design total solution as per customer URS
Vacuum Planetary Mixer including:
· Pre-mixing tank for sugar
· Vacuum system
· Hydraulic system
· Control system
· Platform made from SS304
Water and oil pre-mixing tank
· High shear mixer 960rpm or slow mixer 60rpm
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pipeline for material transfer to main emulsifying machine
Vacuum system:
· Water ring type vacuum pump or oil type vacuum pump
· Safety valve for protecting the Water ring type vacuum pump
After finish one batch, customer can choose positive pressure or rotor pump for material out.
