Lab Scale Homogenizer Description
The Lab Scale Homogenizer , also called vacuum emulsifying machine, is a tilt-able vacuum mixer system for the production of viscous emulsions, dispersion's and suspensions in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and chemical industries. It's the most popular vacuum emulsifier homogenizer design in Asia and US and is suitable for making small to medium batches of cream and emulsions.
It’s composed of vacuum homogeneous emulsifier, homogeneous boiler, dual direction scraping mixers, vacuum system, electrical heating, steam heating temperature-control system, electric cap-hoisting system, electric control cabinet, etc.The machine is suitable for the production of various kinds of shampoo, lition, liquod soap and detergent etc. liquid washing products in cosmetic factory and pharmaceutical factory.
Lab Scale Homogenizer Touch screen control
Touch screen adopts Siemens Company Model:TP700
On the touch screen, it is possible to adjust and vision mixing speed, temperature of each jar, set upper limit and lower limit of temperature, control automatic valve. It is possible to set the time control for slow speed emulsifying mixing and control performance of lift of hydraulic system.

It is suitable for production of ointment and cream products in cosmetic and pharmaceutical plants .The emulsifying effect is more prominent for materials of high base viscosity and high solid content.

Water and oil pre-mixing tank
· High shear mixer 960rpm or slow mixer 60rpm
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pipeline for material transfer to main emulsifying machine
Vacuum system:
· Water ring type vacuum pump or oil type vacuum pump
· Safety valve for protecting the Water ring type vacuum pump
After finish one batch, customer can choose positive pressure or rotor pump for material out.
