The tank body and the pipes adopt mirror polishing, which fully conforms to GMP standards.
Material contact parts all use SUS316L.
The heating method mainly include water bath heating.
Advanced PLC touch screen control.
The emulsifying tank lid can adopt hydraulic lifting system, easy to clean and the cleaning effect is more obvious, the emulsifying tank can adopt tilt discharge.

· Slow mixer 0-40rpm with PTFE scraper
· Homogenizer 0-3500rpm (rotor and stator can adjust space)
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pressure: chamber-0.09Mpa Mpa, jacket water bath heating (standard type)
· Lifting system for the main tank
· Safety limit switch for safety operation
· Upper cover connection: Liquid feed inlet with stainless steel pipe filter, solid material inlet, vacuum inlet, breaking vacuum inlet, sight glass, dustproof respirator.
Water and oil pre-mixing tank
· High shear mixer 960rpm
· Heating by electricity
· Pipeline for material transfer to main emulsifying machine
Vacuum system:
· Oil type/water ring type vacuum pump
After finish one batch, customer can choose positive pressure or rotor pump for material out.
